We worked with KLM Health Services to understand and map the needs of both consumers and businesses. Consumer insights were retrieved by conducting interviews in-context at different KLM HS clinics. While business insights were given in focus groups, representing different websites and according branches.
Five design principles were formulated that later informed the design and iteration process on the delivered design templates.
The final design is now, almost 4 years later – still going strong and mainly used to get travel related advise for business of leisure trips.
