Challenge
Ongoing challenge in supporting PostNL with achieving a digital transformation of consumer postal services from retail to online. From mapping out the entire customer experience to UX design delivery for web, mobile and retail.

Outcome
We redesigned both the flow as well as the visual design of the PostNL Parcel Machine and the PostNL retail system.
